an uber groovy running club for columbia city residents and their friends
Anyone interested? ~ Run Scared 5K - Sat Oct 31 (9AM Seward Park)
Hey folks,
I ran across an advert for a 5K fun run which I thought might be fun to support. It's roughly the same time as our regular Saturday run. It looks like it's a fundraiser, supporting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, hosted by a person who's participating in Team 'n Training. Cost is $25 (in advance) / $30 day of.
Is anyone up for doing this run (we can also run a bit further afterwards, if we want to)? For those interested, my thought is that we can meet @ 8:30AM at the Pottery Building (where we usually meet for our Tues night runs).

Mark, I didn't see you this morning. I'm reconsidering for this next Saturday. I've signed up for the Big Sur marathon and it's more expensive than I'd originally thought. I need to save my hobby shekels for it. Take care.
