The freedom and release it provides! Running has been my way to disconnect from work and stress while forming deep connections to nature, my inner self, and fun people who share the same passion.
Where is your favorite run?
I know all the trails around Boise ID but I am new to this area and look forward to exploring! Some of my favorite runs has been the McCall Running Classic and the rim to rim of the Grand Canyon.
