CCity Runners is a community of Columbia City residents and their friends who share a love of running. All levels are welcome.

Welcome to the C-City Runners, a Seattle Running Club

We are a local and community organized running club in the Seattle neighborhood known as Columbia City;  we are your friends, your neighbors, your community, and most importantly, we share a love of running.

New to the group? Join us for one of our bi-weekly runs! No matter the weather, we are always there. Just look for one of our running hosts and introduce yourself. We were all new once. Really, all you need to do is show up. This group is free. We love new faces, and as long as you love to run, you are ready to go!

Saturdays at 8:30 am

We meet at 8:30 am in Columbia City Gateway Park at the corner of S. Edmunds St. and 37th Ave. S. We typically run 5-7 miles at a 9-10 min/mile pace. No drop run.

Tuesdays at 6:00 pm

Beginning Tuesday, March 10th, we return to Seward Park. We will meet at 6pm in the grassy area between the clay studio and the swimming beach.

The workout is typically a 3-4 mile run at a 9-10 min/mile pace with interspersed calisthenics to support strength and injury prevention. No drop run
