the flow state, health, strength, energy, occasional euphoria, improved dancing stamina. Doing errands without the use of a mechanical aid.

Where is your favorite run?
I'm new to running trails, but so far a trail following the north fork river was beautiful in winter. But my favorite close to home route is a route I developed I call the "Pink House Trail" it connects Georgetown and Columbia city up and over Beacon hill, passing two pink houses, and has a choice of using two long staircases or two sections of dirt track with lots of trees and wildlife. There is views of both mountain ranges along the way too. It's about 6 miles round trip. I use this trail often to see movies, pick up oat milk or other fun errands in Columbia City.
