What do you love about running?
Way to much to fit in this small space... In a nutshell, I love running for the chance to slow down and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, the rigorous workout, the escape from daily whirlwind of life and so much more.
Where is your favorite run?
Through Genesee Park, south along lake Washington, around Seward Park and back. Sometimes two loops around Seward are needed!
