What do you love about running?
I love to be outside and I love to run, running in the forest on trails is my favorite.
Where is your favorite run?
I have been running in Seward Park for 15 years. I have run the inner trails thousands of times and still find it a pleasure. My dog has been my running partner. His favorite moment I'm sure is when he played with the coyotes in the park one morning.
