the c-city runners

an uber groovy running club for columbia city residents and their friends

The CCity Runners is a community of Columbia City residents (and their friends) who share a love of running. We absolutely mean it when we say runners (and walkers) of all levels are welcome.

Tuesday Night Training - 6:30 pm

New procedures due to COVID-19 pandemic.

We will meet at different locations throughout our community in an attempt to avoid more crowded parks. For July 14th, we will meet in the parking circle by Dearborn Park International Elementary School at 2820 S. Orcas St. We will again break into groups of 5 for our workout that will include calisthenics and running on the Chief Sealth Trail.

Masks or face coverings are required during the calisthenic portion of the workout and when we are unable to maintain adequate distance from one another. Different Tuesday night meeting spots will be announced via email and on Facebook.

Saturday Run - 8:30 am

New procedures due to COVID-19 pandemic.

We will meet in the park at the corner of S. Edmunds St. and 37th Ave. S. This will allow us to maintain appropriate distance from one another while we gather before our run. We must limit our group to 5 people. Depending on turn out, we may have to break up into several small groups. Our route will primarily be on the Seattle Stay Healthy Streets which will offer us plenty of room to spread out. Masks or face coverings are required during the meet-n-greet and when we are unable to maintain adequate distance from one another.

Welcome to the C-City Runners; a Seattle Running Club

We are a local and community organized running club in the Seattle neighborhood known as Columbia City;  we are your friends, your neighbors, your community, and most importantly, we share a love of running.

New to the group? Please consider joining us for one of our bi-weekly runs. No matter the weather, we are always there. Just look for one of our running hosts and introduce yourself. We were all new once. Really, all you need to do is show up. This group is free. We love new faces, and as long as you love to run, you are ready to go!
