My car was broken into last night during our Tuesday night run. Big bummer. I'll be parking in the lot where there is more traffic from now on, instead of out on Juneau street. Don't leave your wallets in the car.

Hi there - my car was broken into while I was parked in the pottery studio parking lot. Happened while I was on a quick 30 minute run, at 3 p.m. on a blue, sunny day with a fair amount of traffic and activity. I now only park on the the hill going to the park, where there is no place to hide.

Actually, my car was parked on the hill when I was burgled. They disabled my alarm and did not damage the locks or windows. Pros. There isn't a lot to be done except leave the valuables at home, if possible. Some of our stuff was recovered by the police.
