an uber groovy running club for columbia city residents and their friends

I'm new to running and see that you say that all levels are welcome on your runs. I'm wondering if this is really the case? Do people end up running at different speeds, or if I'm slow, will I be left in the dust? What length/pace do you usually run?

I love the idea of a running group here in the neighborhood!

Of course we mean it. 8>) At each of our scheduled runs, we break into groups depending on what levels of runners we have running that day. For instance, i have knee injury and normally run at a nine minute pace. We have other folks that run at a 6 minute pace and they do a separate route. The whole point is to just get out there - regardless of how fast or how far you run.
