How did you find out about the CCity Runners?
a friend
What do you love about running?
I love the gradual climbs of endorphins, I love the reflections and present moment awareness runs offer, I love being outside in nature!
Where is your favorite run?
I loves trail runs when possible, so close by I love Seward park trails. I love a large park like discovery park as well to just meander.
